2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you are located or the courts in which we are located and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Please send the counter-notification to our designated DMCA agent at Contact Us. We will forward it to the complaining party and inform them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our discretion.


3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
